BBQ Catering Cost in Bangalore: Pricing Guide
Compare catering prices by what is actually included, not only the headline per-person number. Guest count, menu structure, service level, venue access, and optional extras can all change the final plan.

What does Book My BBQ catering currently cost?
Book My BBQ currently offers 10 packages: 3 Live Grill, 3 Live Grill + Buffet, and 4 Buffet. 2 are vegetarian and 8 are Veg & Non-Veg.
The lowest listed rate is ₹699 per adult / ₹449 per kid on Garden Table, which has a 20-paid-guest minimum. The lowest minimum is 15 paid guests on Spice Route Social at ₹799 per adult / ₹499 per kid. Other package minimums run up to 100, with a 300-attendee cap.
Each package uses guided menu choices. Transport is additional and confirmed separately after the food advance is paid.
A simple budget starting point
Food is calculated from the selected package's adult and kid rates. Under-five guests are recorded separately and free. Spice Route Social is the small-party option; Garden Table has the lowest listed per-person rate. Transport is additional.
- 15 adults on Spice Route Social = ₹11,985
- 20 adults on Garden Table = ₹13,980
- Advance for 15 paid guests = ₹1,500
What can change the final catering cost?
Two events with the same guest count can still need different setups. The useful question is what the quote includes for your exact venue and service style.
- Guest count and whether the event stays within the standard online package range.
- Menu requirements, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian mix, allergies, or custom requests.
- Service level, such as food-only delivery versus on-site grilling, service staff, or a Grill Master.
- Venue access, loading, parking, lift restrictions, setup distance, and serving time.
- Optional equipment, add-ons, or other items specifically requested for the event.
How to compare two catering quotes fairly
A lower per-person number is not automatically the cheaper event if important items are excluded. Ask each caterer to make the scope clear.
- Number of starters, mains, breads, rice, dessert, and accompaniments included.
- Whether grills, fuel, serving equipment, setup, staff, and clean-up are included or separate.
- Whether the quote is based on the final guest count or a minimum billing quantity.
- Whether venue logistics or transport are already included.
- What happens if the guest count or event timing changes.
When a grill rental may cost less than full catering
If you already have food, people who are comfortable grilling, and a suitable venue, renting only the grill can be a simpler option. Full catering is usually more useful when you want the menu, setup, service, and event execution handled together.
