Inspect equipment at handover and report anything missing, visibly damaged, or unsafe immediately. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised fuel, relocation, modification, or an unsafe setup is not covered as an equipment defect.

The final order total is shown before you proceed to the secure payment step. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment provider reports success and Book My BBQ verifies the payment.

Catering checkout collects an advance of ₹100 per paid adult or kid. Under-five guests are recorded free. The remaining food balance and additional transport charge are confirmed offline.

For standard orders, a cancellation acknowledged at least five full days (120 hours) before the confirmed slot receives a full refund. Cancellations inside that window are not permitted and are non-refundable. Catering advances have a separate seven-full-day cancellation cutoff.

You may request one date or time change if Book My BBQ acknowledges it at least five full days before the confirmed slot. Changes are subject to availability, service area, menu and equipment availability, and any price difference.

Book My BBQ aims to initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank, card network, UPI provider, or Razorpay may need additional time to credit it.

Do not pay again until you check My Orders or contact the team. A temporary bank authorisation is not always a confirmed payment. Book My BBQ will investigate pending payments and refund a verified duplicate payment.
